Our objective.
We want to offer you a service like no other, in which our design team and install team effortlessly integrate to bring you a seamless project management from consultation right through to completion.
Initial contact.
Upon initial contact, our design specialist Max will aim to come out to yourselves and discuss your project in the comfort of your own home. You’ll be given the chance to take a look at our brochure and some samples to help establish the style of kitchen you are looking for.
Design and order.
You’ll be given design proposals by Max ,with beautiful lifelike imagery of your exciting new space. This process can include lighting suggestions and interior design suggestions to assist you in pulling together visuals of the full space.
Upon final sign off on the design we will introduce you to our install specialists Sam and Nico who will assist in project managing the next stages to prepare for the arrival of your new kitchen.
Install and sign off.
Once the order has been placed, the design will be handed over to our skilled craftsmen to turn your dream into a reality. We appreciate the home is your place of sanctuary and comfort, so our team will make a conscious effort to maintain this for you throughout the install phase wherever possible.
